Adding a Lead or Sale from within the contact record

In this guide we're going to show you how to how to  add a Lead/Sale from within the contact record.

 


Click on 'Contacts', which can be found on the sidebar to the left side of the screen.

 

 


Click on the name of the contact you wish to add the Lead/Sale for.

At the bottom, there are six tabs; Contact History, Interactions, Groups, Automation, Organisations, Leads/sales and Other. Click on 'Leads/Sales' to continue.

 


Once you have clicked on the 'Leads/Sales' tab, click on Add new Lead/Sale button:

Fill in the empty fields required and then click Save to finalise.

 

 

You have now added a Lead/Sale via the Contact Record and it is auto-linked to the Contact!
